Ways we can make cities and town centres useful again

There has been some discussion within the Scottish Government about the introduction of a single Use Class for premises within cities and town centres. The hope is that it will rejuvenate and encourage people to spend more time and invest in town centres, particularly after the Coronavirus pandemic.

Scottish Government expected to extend limitations on landlords in Scotland

It is anticipated that the Scottish Government will be extending the current eviction ban in Scotland until at least 30 September 2023. The ban has been in place since 6 September 2022 and was due to end on 31 March 2023.

To kick off the firm’s first 2023 fundraiser for Maggie’s and the Glendrick Roost Animal Welfare Centre, our charity committee held a Bake Off last week.  The office star bakers created a whole host of delicious treats which helped raise just under £200 for the charities close to our hearts.
