Patrick is an Associate solicitor in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation department. He deals with a wide variety of disputes and regularly appears for clients at Sheriff Courts and at hearings under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982. Patrick also has experience of cases in the Court of Session. He has a particular interest in property disputes, and is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
Patrick undertook a part time LL.M. degree at the University of Edinburgh while working for the firm, which he passed with distinction. He appeared in the reported decision of Scottish Water Business Stream v GSL Property Management Limited  SC GLA 54, 2017 G.W.D. 30-471 (statutory interpretation) and has contributed to the Edinburgh Law Review.
