David Phinn

David is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation department.

David has a broad interest in all aspects of dispute resolution and litigation with a particular passion for oral advocacy. David appears regularly in courts, tribunals and licensing boards across Scotland, acting for both Pursuers and Defenders.

David has acted for clients in areas such as personal injury, breach of contract, property disputes, lease disputes, debt/asset recovery and interdict. He has also assisted with the preparation of large and complex cases in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.

David is a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s New Lawyers Reference Group.
