MSHB has announced the appointment of experienced employment lawyer Euan Smith as Senior Associate within the firm’s Employment Law team.
Euan joins the firm with more than 15 years of dedicated employment law experience, having advised both employers and employees across the UK on a broad range of workplace employment law and HR matters. His appointment further strengthens MSHB’s employment law offering at a time when businesses are facing increasingly complex employment legislation, workforce challenges and evolving workplace practices.
Throughout his career, Euan has advised clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters, including Employment Tribunal litigation, TUPE and business transfer issues, employment contracts, workplace disputes, redundancy matters and day-to-day HR support.
He has extensive experience acting as a trusted adviser to businesses of varying sizes across multiple sectors, including food and drink, medical practices, hospitality and the care sector.
Alongside his employer work, Euan has represented individual employees in a wide range of workplace disputes, giving him a balanced and commercially aware perspective when advising any client.
Known for his approachable manner and solutions-focused approach, Euan works closely with clients to deliver clear, practical advice tailored to their individual circumstances and business needs.
