Euan Smith is a Senior Associate in our Employment Team, with over 15 years’ experience advising both employers and employees across a wide range of employment law matters.
Having worked closely with businesses of all sizes and across various sectors, Euan also has significant experience representing employees, giving him a balanced and practical perspective when resolving workplace issues.
He advises on the full spectrum of employment law, including Employment Tribunal litigation, TUPE matters, contracts, workplace disputes, and day-to-day HR support.
Euan is known for his approachable manner and solutions-focused approach, working closely with clients to deliver clear, practical advice tailored to their needs.
In addition to his employment law practice, Euan is also a Notary Public and is registered for document Legalisation (Apostille services).
