We first approached Miller Samuel Hill Brown Licencing in 2022 to assist us in applying for our premises licence, this was our first business venture and we had no idea how the process worked and how long it would take. They were fantastic, helped us every step of the way, took the time to explain things clearly, kept in regular contact with us and provided updates, even listened to me ranting and panicking when a few delays and problems arose and were so calm and reassuring. They also allowed us to pay our fees in instalments which was a huge relief and really helped us manage our business finances. The site Premises Alcohol Licence had become outdated with the wrong address for the company name being wrong. I contacted MSHB with the issue and Hill Brown Licensing helped me to resolve the issue with a lot of understanding to give me the confidence to get the issue fixed with Aberdeenshire Council.
