Our team of employment lawyers has a particular strength in representing clients in Employment Tribunals throughout Scotland, with our employment law solicitors having a strong background in litigation representation. As we recognise that no two businesses are the same, we offer a range of different pricing modules, ranging from our hourly rate service, through to our ‘blended offer, which combines both a fixed and hourly rate pricing service.
Fixed
We can undertake work for you on a pre-agreed fixed-fee basis, giving you cost certainty at the outset.
Hourly
No fixed fee, you use us when you need us. The hourly rate depends on the level of experience of solicitor that you need.
Blend
This is our retained service, which gives you the certainty of a fixed monthly fee under a retainer agreement and the benefit of a reduced hourly rate should you need it.
