Jennifer joined the firm in 2025 and is a key member of the Licensing team, bringing 15 years of experience as a qualified solicitor in private practice.
She advises a diverse range of clients — including individuals, businesses and third-sector organisations — delivering practical, responsive guidance tailored to their needs. Known for her strong client management skills, Jennifer has a proven ability to handle complex matters with clarity and confidence.
For a significant part of her career, Jennifer specialised in human rights law, with a particular focus on asylum and immigration matters. She later represented clients involved in the Scottish COVID-19 Inquiry, supporting both individuals and organisations through the national inquiry process. Jennifer has also held senior management responsibilities in a previous firm and undertook a supervisory role within a law centre, overseeing pro bono immigration work carried out by lawyers from major global corporate firms.
Her broad experience across multiple practice areas gives her a versatile and adaptable skill set, which continues to benefit both clients and colleagues.
Jennifer is also a Notary Public, providing notarial services alongside her licensing work.
