Jack is a Consultant in Licensing and has specialised in the field for over 35 years. He edits the specialist journal Scottish Licensing Law and Practice, is the author of Greens annotated version of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, contributes to trade and legal periodicals, speaks regularly at licensing conferences and is a former member of the Nicholson licensing law review committee. Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession rates him as a starred individual in his field.
Jack is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist in Liquor Licensing Law.
