Peter was a partner in Hill Brown and then Miller Samuel Hill Brown following the merger of the two firms of Hill Brown and Miller Samuel in 2016. Peter is now a consultant to the firm. Peter has considerable experience dealing with all aspects of commercial property with a particular emphasis on premises used by the entertainment and licensing industries. He is a leading licensing lawyer, quoted in Chambers directory of legal experts.
Peter is widely interested in The Arts and is the current Chairman of Scottish Opera, a former board member and past Chairman of both the Tron Theatre and GUCOM, Glasgow Unesco City of Music and is a director of Raindog Ltd, a multimedia arts company. Peter was recently awarded a CBE in the first Birthday Honours list made by King Charles III in recognition of his dedication to the arts.
