Aberdeen City Licensing Board are seeking views on the draft Statement of Licensing Policy, a copy of which can be accessed here.
The online survey opened on 11 October and closes on 8 November and can be found here.
The Edinburgh Licensing Board is now carrying out the second phase of consultation on its Statement of Licensing Policy, after taking account of the responses received to its first phase of consultation.
The Board has agreed a series of amendments and proposals to its new draft policy statement and is inviting comment on those and the terms of the policy in general.

Responses to this second consultation will be reported to the Board for consideration in November, and the Board will then agree and publish the final version of the policy.
