Cyber Security Policy

Cybersecurity is broadly defined as ‘Protection of client and firm information from compromise through the use of Information Technology’.  While we have taken extensive care to ensure that security safeguards are in place, the fact is that e-mail is not secure and can be intercepted and amended.  If you are due to transfer monies to the Firm and if you provide us with details of a bank account via e-mail, a member of the Firm will contact you to verify those details and ensure that the e-mail is valid.  If you are due to transfer monies to us, while we are happy to provide our bank account details by e-mail, we would strongly recommend that you contact our Cashroom to corroborate those details and ensure that the details provide within the e-mail are correct.  We will not, on any occasion, change our bank details during the course of a transaction.

Further, should you receive any communication which purports to be from the Firm or from any Partner or employee of our firm of which you are uncertain or suspicious, then please forward that e-mail to us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will investigate this on your behalf.  Should you have any concern regarding an e-mail which purports to be from the Firm, then you should not reply to that e-mail and you should not open any links or attachments contained therein.
